Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cuevas Closet. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Tuesday-Saturday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. But please note we will contact you via email or telephone if this is your case.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you have any problem with the tracking number or don't receive it within the 2 or 3 days of your placed order, please contact us via email at info@shopcuevascloset.com
Cuevas Closet ships to Puerto Rico and United States ONLY. We currently do not ship outside United States.
