Refund policy
Sale items:
Sale items / discounted items are FINAL SALE. Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or return. Only regular priced items may be exchanged.
Exchanges:
- Our policy lasts 7 days for your order to be eligible for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including hangtag labels.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being exchange; such as jewelry and bodysuits.
- To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shopcuevascloset.com and we'll glandly help you with further steps.
- Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
- If you are approved, then your store credit will automatically be applied to you and you'll receive and email with the amount.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
If 10 days passed since you return your item and you still have not received your store credit via email yet, please contact us at info@shopcuevascloset.com
Gifts:
Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since the purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Shipping:
All order will be ready to ship between 2-5 working days (Tuesday - Saturday) Excluding holidays and vacation days (this will be notified). As soon as your shipping label is ready you'll receive an email with the information and status of your order.
